FIRE event is organized by I-KIT LAB, and it seems like a great initiative by Gurukirpa Schools students. Here’s a bit more detail on how each activity could be organized:
Day 1 – February 1: Registration and Workshops
- Morning:
- Registration and welcome ceremony for participants.
- Distribution of event schedules, information packets, and kits.
- Afternoon:
- Introduction to the different activities and competitions.
- Workshops on robotics, programming, and the use of STEAM kits.
- Team formation and project planning.
Day 2 – February 2: Main Competitions and Showcases
- Morning:
- Robo Race: Run the robot racing competition.
- Line Follower: Conduct the line-following robot challenge.
- Afternoon:
- Robo Soccer: Host the robotic soccer matches.
- Robo Fight: Organize robot battles in the designated arena.
- Evening:
- Showcase of hydro rockets: Launch and judge the water-powered rockets.
- Drone activities: Conduct drone racing and demonstrations.
Day 3 – February 3: Finals, Awards, and Closing Ceremony
- Morning:
- Finals for remaining competitions and activities.
- Last-minute adjustments and preparations by participants.
- Afternoon:
- STEAM Kit Demonstrations: Participants showcase their projects and learning from the STEAM kits.
- Judging and scoring of all competitions.
