Job Title: Subject Matter Expert & Mentor

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office and Remote Lab)

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Compensation: 3-5 LPA (Full-time, based on skills)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Mentors to guide students in Science, Math, Humanities, and Arts. This role involves content development, curriculum design, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentors:
• Design and deliver STEAM-based activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math).
• Conduct interactive/live training sessions to students.
• Research and develop innovative educational models.
• Subject Matter Experts:
• Syllabus mapping and content validation.
• Develop training materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Support to instructors in conducting student workshops and training sessions.

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in teaching or curriculum development.
• Deep Subject Knowledge for STEAM Education.
• Designing, creating and implementing working projects of STEAM Education, AI and Robotics.
• Passionate about education with out-of-the-box thinking and an analytical mindset.
• Strong technical skills in problem-solving, inquiry-based learning, and content creation.
• Experience in MOOCs, e-learning modules, and educational technology is a plus.
